Small publisher focusing on non-fiction seeking to develop new fiction imprint, lacked viable content for the fiction market and was having difficulties locating qualified acquisitions editor. Partnered with WW to produce 12 titles to lead first year publication. WW was tasked with complete packaging and production, including: content development, editing, art and cover design, preparing marketing plans for each title to support a 2 year active sales period, production of galleys for trade and mass market paperback, and eBook conversion. We were additionally tasked with website and social media prep and development for the new imprint including content for the first 90 days, logo design, and integration for professional rate publishers.
All 12 titles were packaged and completed in 45 days, the imprint logo and website were designed, populated and hosted, and content developed and written by the end of 60 days. Marketing Plans were produced and ad copy written for each title by the close of 93 days. First title launched with 65 reviews on Amazon in January 2015.
